As Per the Changes (Please refer Spec IDOC Extension, Spec Config Changes ZSNC Output) ORDCHG is the message type which is triggered for change in Purchase Order.
When Ex Factory Date only, is changed in the Purchase Order the IDOC is failed.

The ex factory date field is added in the extension ZSNCEXT. It is assumed that there is a problem in extension triggering for the New Message type ORDCHG.
Investigated that there is a configuration setting in which Ex Factory date is to be added, so as it is triggered when there is a Ex Factory Date change in the PO

Configure the Fields Relevant to print outs of changes.
SPRO -> Material Management -> Purchasing -> Messages -> Fields Relevant to print outs of changes

Add Field J_3AEXFCP and its corresponding table EKPO.
